By using the Chukka Belts website, you are bound by the following terms and conditions. “You” and “your” refers to any customer who places an order for Chukka Belts products using this site. “We” refers to Chukka Belts.

RESPONDING TO YOUR ORDER, AVAILABILITY AND REPLACEMENT GOODS

We will endeavour to send you the goods you have ordered within 7 days, and will let you know by email if it is going to take any longer than 14 days. If the product you have ordered is not available at the time of your order we will inform you by email within 7 working days and offer you an available alternative. If we do not manage to arrange an alternative order for you within a reasonable time (particularly if we cannot get in contact with you), we will refund you money.

PRICING AND POSTAGE POLICY

All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling, and include VAT where applicable. Postage charges quoted at the online checkout are for courier delivery within the UK mainland.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Full details of the payment method are provided as you progress through the PayPal shopping cart on the Chukka Belts website. You will have the opportunity to check, revise and cancel your order once you have entered your payment details.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them to us and we will refund your payment, so long as you inform us in writing of your intention to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us on 07511 221867 or chukkabelts@aol.com to arrange your return.  Goods must be returned in their original condition. We will refund your purchase in the same form of payment originally used.

ORDER INFORMATION

We will keep electronic and hard-copy information about your order on file so that we can follow up any problems with your order. We will also keep this information for tax and marketing purposes after your purchase is complete. It will be accessible only by the directors and employees of Chukka Belts, Chukka Belts’s accountants, HM Revenue & Customs and those contractors employed by Chukka Belts for its own marketing purposes. We will not pass your information on to anyone else.

We hope to deal with any complaints as swiftly and satisfactorily as possible. Please email us at chukkabelts@aol.com if you have any complaints. We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days.

What is your shipping policy?

Where possible we dispatch orders placed by 1pm on the same day.

Orders placed and paid for after 1pm, Monday to Friday, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays, are posted on the next working day.

How do I make a return?

14 days return policy:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you choose to return your item, please email us at chukkabelts@aol.com so we know to expect your returned item, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.

Please make returns within 14 days of purchase. As soon as we receive your item back, we will contact you to let you know that it’s arrived, and we will refund the purchase price, less the cost of the outward postage. In the unlikely event of a fault with your item, we will replace it.

What items can I return?

We will refund the purchase price of all belts and socks. Please note:

Socks must not be opened!

Boxers may not be exchanged or returned!

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items that have been discounted.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
